== Internal Structure ==
TC3 is led by its two Grand Regents, both currently located in Cetus. Under them are their Custodians, selected for their in-game skill or their communication and leadership abilities. Currently, there are four Custodians. These selected officers handle tasks handed down to them by Grand Regents, and are able to actively manage projects and diplomacy.

Settlements other than Cetus are each led by a Steward. Stewards are able to maintain and undertake projects as they see fit, and report to upper management.

Janitors are the rank-and-file employees of TC3, but are no less respected. Members receive support, funding, resources, access to infrastructure, and more as part of their compensation.

Members are split between the five following departments as dictated by their skill and interests:

* Department of Welfare- Manages both the well being of TC3 employees and matters of diplomacy between nations.
* Department of Architecture- Designs and builds TC3's ships, buildings, and settlements.
* Department of Capital Assurance- Manages and secures military interests of TC3, in addition to testing combat ship builds.
* Department of Managed Capital- Undertakes mining, salvaging, and production operations for TC3.
* Department of General Labor- Completes tasks as assigned, a catch-all category for new members until they gain experience.

== Politics ==
While interested in pursuing any and all business opportunities as they arise, TC3 typically shies away from interacting with Major nations outside brief visits and business discussion. Instead, TC3 focuses on internal development, remaining largely quiet on even conflicts concerning their allies (such as the [[Vega-Fortuna War]]). TC3's support typically remains behind the scenes, rather than in military shows of force.

Currently, TC3 is officially allied with [[Esperia]] and [[Duckington (nation)|Duckington]]. It was allied with the [[Fortuna Sequence]] prior to its dissolution.

As of August 20, 2026, TC3 set aside their general neutrality to declare themselves an enemy of [[Eurelia]], after a long series of events involving slights from both members and leadership toward both TC3 itself and its allies. Hostilities were initiated, along with skirmishes on Aerach. By August 25th, Eurelian diplomat KEKG began peace negotiations, discussing the prior slights and creating tangible plans to improve Eurelia's public image, behavior, and organization. The Fortuna Sequence was an industrial/military nation mainly residing on the blanet [[Eden]], in the [[Horizon|Horizon System]].

== History ==
While initially a settlement on Eden that was held by [[Jangiot]] to construct the Archangel Research Facility, the dissolution of the Praetorian Republic in late 2024 led to the formation of JangCorp, a micro nation that primarily sold blueprints of industrial systems, and taking up residence in the settlement. Near the beginning of 2025, the newly formed nation was renamed to Imperium Dei, while Jangiot was mostly inactive. In April of 2025, Jangiot became active on the server again, renaming the nation to the Fortuna Collective, and completely shifting focus to industry and economics. In June of 2026, Jangiot became active during the dominion update, renaming the Fortuna Collective to the Fortuna Sequence. In July of 2026, the Fortuna Collective merged with [[Australia]] to become the 4th largest nation on the server, rapidly claiming deep space systems and amassing resources.

On July 23 2026, the [[Vega-Fortuna War]] was started, for an end of forcefully taking a [[Vega|Vegan]] settlement located in western Eden. During this conflict, on August 1 2026, Fortuna Sequence terminated all allegiances with [[Lonestar]] and its allies stating that "Lonestar has stagnated human growth in the sector. The common person no longer knows fear. They know longer know the means to survive in a cruel world."

On August 29, 2026, the Fortuna Sequence was disbanded by its interim leader D_503_ after the loss of all of FORSEQ's leadership, caused by Jangiot's growing frustration at being the nations only engineer, leader, and architect. She and Kleesaria, NoMoreThumbs, ActicLacid, TheE1337, 48bit, Anniction, Anniston2016, and GlitchGamer1459, transferred to Vega on the same day.

xlink97 defected from Orovika on August 27. Shadow began employing Arimfean mercenaries, most notably FellOffBridge and [[AdelieXY]], on the same day.

On August 29, [[star_litty]] of Shadow was ambushed while mining in her [[Medium Freighter|medium freighter]], and the initial terms of surrender were issued by Orovika. They were as follows: To surrender a Shadow [[destroyer]] to Orovika, to return all Orovikan wrecks to Orovika, to stop attacking Orovikans immediately, and to remove Noix444 from Shadow leadership. Shadow refused, and the medium freighter was impounded.

On August 31, Orovika tried to hire FellOffBridge as a mercenary. Later that day, during combat, FellOffBridge demanded extra payment, or he would switch sides. Orovika refused and FellOffBridge went assist Shadow fighters in sinking two Orovikan [[Frigate|frigates]]. Orovika from then on used [[MaidPierce]] of Vega as a mercenary.

RentDueYesterday, following the Orovika-Shadow War, began attacking Imperial Nova and Orovika, leading to the creation of an informal Anti-Piracy alliance on September 29th.

Also September 29, Setra Maria left Orovika to become [[Cortesia Del Mar]].

Tensions continued escalating, primarily at the Arimfean station Fortitude. At the time, Arimfea had a no-fire rule at Fortitude, however, after diplomatic pressure and FellOffBridge abusing it, Vortexion changed the rule to prevent warships from entering on October 5.

On October 6th, MaidPierce sunk [[KR_Builder]] of Orovika in Regulus, followed by Vega creating an alliance with RentDueYesterday. Orovika called upon a stipulation created by the Alliance of Regulus to obligate other nations to join it against Vega. The [[Horizon Federation]] was rapidly created to replace the AR, with the United Federation of Planets (formerly UNSC), Sanctuary, Imperial Nova, Orovika and Arimfea joining its ranks.

For most of the war, the HF players were inexperienced with ship vs ship combat, and were inferior pilots compared to Vega. However, they possessed the advantage of numbers. HF began using <nowiki>''</nowiki>lagfleets<nowiki>''</nowiki>- huge fleets intended to lag the server, resulting in combat becoming impossible. This strategy was looked poorly upon by players, but continued to be utilized from late October to the eventual end of the war.

On December 6, as player counts dropped and the HF expanded to include Shadow and New Amcar, Vortexion proposed a cease fire. Either staff enforce a clean ceasefire with no benefits for both sides, or the HF and its members quit HE for "a healthy while". It never went through, and on the following day (December 7) Vega announced plans to leave the conflict, allowing the HF to gain the upper hand.

On June 22-25 [[Woolworths Production Complex|Woolworth's]] began construction as a major project by CDM.

On June 26, the [[Battle of Asteri]] started with the Ilios Alliance attempting to sink VA’s [[battlecruiser]] [[ARMAGEDDON]], which IA's [[yodabird19]] of Cortesia Del Mar claimed was running on fumes. The battle was a decisive Vegan and VA victory, with only 354 blocks lost. It is often regarded as the biggest battle in Horizons End history, involving 20 ships.

Due to Ae0ns inactivity and other reasons, the [[Radiant Revolution|Radiance Revolution]] occured on July 3, putting star_litty in charge of Shadow's successor, [[Radiance]]. This new nation is recognized by the Ilios Alliance as the inheritor of Shadow's diplomatic relations.

RentDueYesterday, following the Orovika-Shadow War, began attacking Imperial Nova and Orovika, leading to the creation of an informal Anti-Piracy alliance on September 29th.

Also September 29, Setra Maria left Orovika to become [[Cortesia Del Mar]].

Tensions continued escalating, primarily at the Arimfean station Fortitude. At the time, Arimfea had a no-fire rule at Fortitude, however, after diplomatic pressure and FellOffBridge abusing it, Vortexion changed the rule to prevent warships from entering on October 5.

On October 6th, MaidPierce sunk [[KR_Builder]] of Orovika in Regulus, followed by Vega creating an alliance with RentDueYesterday. Orovika called upon a stipulation created by the Alliance of Regulus to obligate other nations to join it against Vega. The [[Horizon Federation]] was rapidly created to replace the AR, with the United Federation of Planets (formerly UNSC), Sanctuary, Imperial Nova, Orovika and Arimfea joining its ranks.

For most of the war, the HF players were inexperienced with ship vs ship combat, and were inferior pilots compared to Vega. However, they possessed the advantage of numbers. HF began using <nowiki>''</nowiki>lagfleets<nowiki>''</nowiki>- huge fleets intended to lag the server, resulting in combat becoming impossible. This strategy was looked poorly upon by players, but continued to be utilized from late October to the eventual end of the war.

On December 6, as player counts dropped and the HF expanded to include Shadow and New Amcar, Vortexion proposed a cease fire. Either staff enforce a clean ceasefire with no benefits for both sides, or the HF and its members quit HE for "a healthy while". It never went through, and on the following day (December 7) Vega announced plans to leave the conflict, allowing the HF to gain the upper hand.

The nation Sanctuary was founded December 12 by [[VoidsentRose]].

Echelon would also force players into slavery if caught mining on Damkoth, forcing them to mine 9 stacks of Chetherite.

Aret Gang disbanded and turned into the [[Allied Sovereign States]], and Detreus joined them.

Echelon made the [[Bastion of Neutral Groups]] with Vulnere and the Gutin War Cult.

The Cheth Wars are said to be a group of related conflicts, instead of one, resulting with the BoNG winning most, due to its experience with the server.

In multiple battles, the ASS would pirate themselves for personal gain. An example was when [[FellOffBridge]] pirated a [[Ascendant Nova|Novan]] Freighter because the <nowiki>''opportunity presented itself''</nowiki>.

The Amcar-Aether pact formed after the Ionian Conference on April 29

[[P.E.G.A.S.V.S.]] was founded by [[kailie__]] on July 10th, but assumedly stayed out of the conflict.

[[Kwazedilla]] added Chetherite to [[Luxiterna]], however Vulnere pirated players mining there and it was too inconvenient for new players to go there, as Damkoth is in [[Asteri System|Asteri]] and Luxiterna is in [[Regulus System|Regulus]].

xlink97 defects from Orovika on August 27, Shadow begins employing Arimfean mercenaries, most notably FellOffBridge and [[AdelieXY]] the same day.

On August 29, [[star_litty]] of Shadow is ambushed while mining in their [[Medium Freighter|medium freighter]], and the initial terms of surrender are issued by Orovika. They are as follows: Surrender a Shadow [[destroyer]] to Orovika, return all Orovikan wrecks to Orovika, stop attacking Orovikans immediately, and remove Noix444 from Shadow leadership. Shadow refused, and the Medium Freighter was impounded.

On August 31 Orovika tries to hire FellOffBridge as a mercenary. Later in the same battle FellOffBridge demands extra payment, or he will switch sides. Orovika refuses and FellOffBridge would go and assist Shadow fighters in sinking two Orovikan frigates. Orovika would from now on use [[MaidPierce]] of Vega as a mercenary.

The largest battle of the war occurred on September 3 in Aret's orbit. The battle was an Orovikan victory after all of Shadow's ships were sunk and AdelieXY's [[frigate]] was rammed by Gregolegomonkey's [[gunship]], preventing it from moving. This led to both ships sinking.

On September 7th, Shadow is offered a surrender with the same terms, but Shadow declines. This leads to Orovika adopting a doctrine of total war against Shadow, with them sinking not just Shadow combatants, but also civilian ships.

On September 16th, Orovika outlaws collaboration with pirates and paying them.

Until the end of the war, Shadow freighters were constantly sunk. Shadow would surrender on September 29, marking the end of the war.

=== Final Era of 2023 ===
After the war with Shadow, FellOffBridge and other Arimfean mercenaries leave Arimfea, creating [[RentDueYesterday]], or RDY so they could freely engage in piracy after being restricted by [[Vortexion]] on September 20.

This strategy is poorly looked upon by players. assumed to be from Late October to the end of the war.

On December 6, Vortexion proposes a cease fire. Either staff enforce a clean ceasefire with no benefits for both sides, or the HF and its members quit HE for a healty while. It never went through however on the following day (December 7) Vega would announce it is leaving the conflict causing the HF to gain the upper hand. There is also an activity crisis going on as the war kills the server, along with this Shadow and New Amcar join the war.

xlink97 defects from Orovika on August 27, Shadow begins employing Arimfean mercenaries, most notably FellOffBridge and [[AdelieXY]] the same day.

On August 29, [[star_litty]] of Shadow is ambushed while mining in their [[Medium Freighter|medium freighter]], and the initial terms of surrender are issued by Orovika. They are as follows: Surrender a Shadow [[destroyer]] to Orovika, return all Orovikan wrecks to Orovika, stop attacking Orovikans immediately, and remove Noix444 from Shadow leadership. Shadow refused, and the Medium Freighter was impounded.

On August 31 Orovika tries to hire FellOffBridge as a mercenary. Later in the same battle FellOffBridge demands extra payment, or he will switch sides. Orovika refuses and FellOffBridge would go and assist Shadow fighters in sinking two Orovikan frigates. Orovika would from now on use [[MaidPierce]] of Vega as a mercenary.

The largest battle of the war occurred on September 3 in Aret's orbit. The battle was an Orovikan victory after all of Shadow's ships were sunk and AdelieXY's [[frigate]] was rammed by Gregolegomonkey's [[gunship]], preventing it from moving. This led to both ships sinking.

On September 7th, Shadow is offered a surrender with the same terms, but Shadow declines. This leads to Orovika adopting a doctrine of total war against Shadow, with them sinking not just Shadow combatants, but also civilian ships.

On September 16th, Orovika outlaws collaboration with pirates and paying them.

Until the end of the war, Shadow freighters were constantly sunk. Shadow would surrender on September 29, marking the end of the war.

Levi is heavily inspired by the cyberpunk genre and a number of scifi series, including Dead Space, Halo, Universal Century Gundam, and Metroid. Unconstrained by territory size, landmasses, or gravity, Levi is being designed with verticality in mind. Three districts stacked atop each other are planned, each connected by on and off ramps and the enormous Highway Nexus near the docks of the city. These districts are the industrial "slums", beneath the city, the business "midway" where most activity takes place, and the luxurious tourist trap "glam" district high above it all. Builds constructed here flaunt neon lights, exposed machinery, and gritty brutalism, embracing the abyss of space as a backdrop for glistening builds towering around the player on all sides.

[[Orovika]], [[Primordials]], [[United Federation of Planets|UNSC]], [[United Federation (Arimfea)|United Federation]] also formed on April 18th, 2022 along with [[Vega|Echelon]], [[Vulnere]] and the [[Gutin War Cult]].

Echelon blockades [[Damkoth]], the only planet bearing [[Chetherite]] at the time, which is a fuel required for use of [[Hyperdrive|Hyperdrives]].

Echelon would also force players into slavery if caught mining on Damkoth, being forced to mine 9 stacks of Chetherite.

Aret Gang disbands and turns into the [[Allied Sovereign States]] and Detreus joins them.

Echelon makes the [[Bastion of Neutral Groups]] with Vulnere and the Gutin War Cult.

The Cheth Wars are said to be a group of related conflicts, instead of one resulting with the BoNG winning most, due to its experience with the server.

In multiple battles, the ASS would pirate themselves for personal gain. An example is when [[FellOffBridge]] pirated a [[Ascendant Nova|Novan]] Freighter because the <nowiki>''opportunity presented itself''</nowiki>.

The Amcar-Aether pact forms after the Ionian Conference on April 29

[[Kwazedilla]] adds Chetherite to [[Luxiterna]], however Vulnere pirates players mining there and it is too inconvenient for new players to go there, as Damkoth is in [[Asteri System|Asteri]] and Luxiterna is in [[Regulus System|Regulus]].

Echelon voluntarily lifts the blockade on July 22, ending the war to prevent the server from eventually becoming inactive.

Afterwards Kiridanx went ahead and began creating a new station, as well as the new prominent [[Damned Crusader]] line of ships.

On the 8th of June, 2025 Kiridanx's settlement [[Colonial_ShipYards]] led by [[killer666dog]] left the nation of [[Ekatera]] and established its own nation known as the [[United Federation of Planets]]. Kiridanx than devoted his honor and service to the [[United Federation of Planets]] fighting only on their terms, and on the same day joining [[Market Managers]], a resource extraction company led by [[killer666dog]]. To this day Kiridanx still remains loyal to UFP, however no longer resides in the nation after being kicked out for declaring a war on Cerberus Federation.

Afterwards, Kiridanx joined [[The Galactic Empire (2025)]] where he actively participated in the [[Anti Cerberus Alliance-Cerberus Federation War]] before quitting in the late stages after being kicked out for reporting [[Thrawn31]] to staff for illegally modifying his blueprints. Kiridanx would later rejoin HE under [[Lonestar]] temporarily as [[Hex]] was able to convince him back. [[Thrawn31]] was later permabanned for doxxing Kiridanx. == Preface ==
Prior to the beginning of the war, A barge piloted by Aerobar200 of The Galactic Empire was attacked by Cerberus federation forces. The attack was alleged to be unprovoked by ACA, while CF claims it was.

Separate accounts allege that Kingsheep3 did not order the barge to be sunk, but was disobeyed by then fleet members super_tyhma and [[WaspGM]].

The Cerberus federation offered to compensate TGE for the barge core lost in combat by providing a replacement core.

Problems arose after Cerberus federation was unable to procure a new core. The nation lacked any manufacturing capacity to create their own core, and a barge that the nation had owned (but it's ownership was disputed for all of that time) for a period had been lost due to a staff dispute over the legitimacy of the barge's true ownership.

After Cerberus was unable to procure a new barge core in a timely manner, negotiations broke down and conflict began.

Following the barge being sunk, war was formally declared by [[The Galactic Empire (2025)|The Galactic Empire]] and her ally the [[Separatist Alliance]] against the Cerberus Federation on June 28, 2025. It is worth noting that both of these war declarations were rescinded until August 2nd, 2025, where galactic empire & separatist alliance forces both helped [[Kiridanx]] to fight cerberus forces.

On July 29, 2025 Kiridanx sunk a Medium Freighter in Trench, the first sink of the war.

=== Horizon Skirmish ===
On August 2, 2025, "U.S.S. Black Reign", a 12k Destroyer piloted by Kiridanx traveled to Horizon, where he was engaged by Cerberus forces, consisting of a Destroyer piloted by MagicMasterRory, and a 2k Gunship piloted by VoidlessPanda. Kiridanx stalled the fight until he was reinforced by a 12k destroyer piloted by Aerobar200.Two 500 block Gunships piloted by TheGamingBananaV and Gabrielhulk10 arrived later. The combined ACA forces were able to deal hull damage to the Destroyer, as well as sink the 2k Gunship. [[VoidlessPanda]] was able to redetect the wreck as a 1161 block gunship, which was subsequently sunk by ACA forces.
