[[Light Weapons]] are fired by left clicking with a controller. Multiple light weapons can be fired at once if you are not using [[weaponsets]] and [[nodes]] to control which weapons fire.&lt;br /&gt;

[[Heavy Weapons]] are fired by right clicking with a controller after a brief charge-up delay. Only one type of heavy weapon can be fired at a time, so ships with multiple heavy weapons must control them using weaponsets and nodes. Attempting to fire more than one weapon will jam the systems.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turrets can fire in any direction that they have line of sight in. All turrets except for the [[Tri Turret]] are light weapons. [[Light Turrets]], Tri Turrets, and [[Point Defense Turrets]] can automatically fire on player or ship targets designated using &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;/settarget [node] [player]&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt; or &amp;lt;code&amp;gt;/st [node] [player]&amp;lt;/code&amp;gt;. Point Defense Turrets are light weapons and cannot be fired manually.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Some weapons such as [[Plasma Cannons]], [[Interceptor Cannons]], and [[Torpedoes]], can only fire forwards. The direction of fire for these weapons is the opposite direction of maximum thrust.&lt;br /&gt;

Players take 5 hearts of true damage when hit with any starship weapon.&lt;br /&gt;

This is not the place for you to promote your server. There are plenty of listing sites for that. This does not mean talking about other servers is outright banned. Do not grief or steal from another player&#039;s claimed land, regardless of access. This includes all containers, builds, and ships within. Additionally, it is recommended you get permission before taking another player’s ship from claimed land. &lt;br /&gt;

Ship ownership overrides that of the territory, this includes the ability to remove the ship from the claim. However the owner of the territory holds the right to take ownership of that ship, regardless of if it is locked.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stealing crates or activating pistons to push crates also falls under this category, when the ship is in claimed land or a trade city.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Stealing and griefing the possessions of players with new player protection is not allowed, regardless of the land those contents were left in. Exceptions can be made for abandoned property.&lt;br /&gt;

=== 11. Alternate Accounts Are Not Allowed ===&lt;br /&gt;
We do not allow alts on the main survival server. If you have a roommate/sibling on the same IP, be sure to clear it up with staff prior to them logging on.&lt;br /&gt;

Newer players will have a grace period where they may play without fear of being attacked. If a new player provokes another through combat, they will lose this protection and you may attack them.  If a player has a star beside their name in chat, they are considered a new player and you must not provoke them.&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;s&amp;gt;Combat releasing is the act of releasing a ship to prevent it from getting sunk in a battle. This will not be allowed. Combat releasing within a distance of 1000 blocks is not allowed, beyond this range you are allowed to release your ship, if you are in an ost you are also allowed to release your ship at any time. Combat logging is similar, whereas the player logs out to avoid combat.&amp;lt;/s&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;lt;s&amp;gt;In the event a player is found guilty of combat logging staff will assume that the player would have lost the fight, and in turn hand over the players ship and inventory over to the would be victor. The guilty player will not be banned.&amp;lt;/s&amp;gt;&lt;br /&gt;

To keep within the spirit of Ship vs Ship combat, purposefully awkward ships that are designed only to break the meta will not be allowed. This does not apply to immobile ships.  Staff discretion is used to determine what is in violation of this rule.&lt;br /&gt;
