== Well/Jump Strength ==
Well Strength is the number for how strong gravity wells in the area are, with it's direct counterpart being Jump Strength. Jump Strength is used to jump through artificial Gravity Wells, if a ship's jump strength exceeds that of the additive total Well Strength of gravity wells affecting them. A well strength of 1 can hold down most ships until you get to Tech 1 Supercapital ships and Tech 2 Capital/Supercapital ships. Essentially, sufficiently large ships can jump through the Interdiction Well of a single [[Interdictor Gunships]], and possibly even two gunships, or an [[Interdictor Corvette]], but an [[Interdictor Destroyer]] can hold down all ships except for the might [[Lancer]] on it's own. The Lancer's jump strength of 5 means that you will need multiple ships to hold it down, either making use of a mix of Interdictors, or an Interdictor Destroyer and a pair of [[Disruptor|Disruptors]] trained on the target (or any mix thereof, including five disruptors, five gunships, or two destroyers for more area control.
