The Doomsday Device is a Heavy Weapon exclusive to the Lancer. It fires, after a 5-second delay, a fast-moving beam which destroys most Shields it contacts. The weapon deals 10,000 damage to any players directly contacted by the beam, and uses Loaded Stellar Prisms to be placed in a Magazine as ammo.

This weapon instantly disables any Area Shield it hits.
