Horizon is a mostly empty, deep sector of space that serves as a major connection hub between other systems. Horizon is a perilous system to traverse and is known to only contain one "Blanet", and a large stellar black hole. Horizon does not contain any [[asteroids]].

Aside from hostile fauna located throughout the blanet, Eden's flora is capable of sustaining mangrove propagules and jungle saplings. The blanet remains somewhat warm because of tidal heating from its orbital parent.
