The city of Cadia is located entirely atop approximately a dozen "platforms" floating above Lake Peigneur, each dedicated to a different purpose.

Cadia's architecture itself juxtaposes lush, detailed greenery with a clean, industrial building style, with most buildings employing a palette mixing gray backdrops with warm-colored details. Much of the city is branded with the markings of "[[Iona Corp]]", a label that [[Vortexion]] has constructed many of his projects under.
