=== Throne of Radiance ===
kailie_ serves as the Throne of [[Radiance]], one of the four positionsn of Radiance's highest leadership body, the 1st Quartet. She is most frequently responsible for the facilitation and moderation of discussions, often serving to unionize the voices of [[Radiance]] with forethought and compromise. Due to the patient nature of her work and her fierce defense of her people, she is widely regarded as a matronly presence among the nation's community. Embracing the allegations, she gave herself the /nick '''~mami'''.

Describing her views on the nation, Kailie said,
 "We developed [[Radiance]] to protect these people. We ''are'' the safe space. That's the point."

kailie_ is noted for her contributions to domestic and military engineering, instruction, and maintenance of [[Radiance]]'s power and conveyor systems. She is also a [[Starfighter]] [[SvS]] coach.

=== P.E.G.A.S.V.S, Inc. ===
Founded on Vask's Aecor Shore July 10th, 2022, [[Power Engineering & Generous Assistance for Ships Visitors & Settlements, Inc.]] is a small corporation which kailie_ is heavily involved in. Under co-direction of siblings kailie_ and [[Zannicus]], PEGASVS develops mass power storage machines, rapid deployment bases, and simple engineering solutions intended for new players on Horizon's End; this includes a deal wherein if a customer only uses the power from a machine and returns the physical payload, material costs are refunded.

==== PEGASVSLeviathan Station ====
The PEGASVSLeviathan Station is a [[space station]] owned by kailie_, located in [[Regulus]] at x50000, z15000. Located ~3000 meters west of the [[Regulus System#Gates to Ilios|Ilios gate]], in a position with immediate access to gates to [[Trench]], [[Sirius]], and [[Asteri]], it is both a combat and colonist asset to [[Radiance]], as it is easily within reach of any conflict or operating mining vessel.

Radiance employs the station for instant [[Starfighter]] deployment, mass item storage and retrieval, and hosting the [[Radiant]] supercapital fleet.

PEGASVSLeviathan is home to kailie_, [[Zannicus]], and [[SunflowerSaturn]], and has been in development since May 19th, 2024.

==== Hrechiem Coast ====

Prior to [[Horizon's End]], kailie_ and [[Zannicus]] joined [[Star Legacy]] on September 28th, 2018, and were two of three players to be accepted into [[Oblivion]] with no prior [[SvS]] experience. kailie_'s early days were dominated by pirate skirmishes on the surface of Quod Canis, battling the much older nations of [[Arimfea]], [[Ekatera]], and [[Exercitus]] for claim to Hrechiem Coast and its surrounding territories.

This conflict occurred as a result of [[epic_man_9]] giving kailie_  and the other inhabitants of Hrechiem Coast an ultimatum to either join [[Exercitus]] or leave Quod Canis, lest Exercitus and its allies attack the territory. Having already approached [[Oblivion]] and unwilling to leave, kailie_ attacked epic_man_9's [[Frigate]] with an Oblivion [[Base Defense Platform]]. epic_man_9 returned later that day in a [[Destroyer]], bombed the territory, and purchased the land for Exercitus before kailie_ could fund it herself.

==== NewSpite ====
Forced to move, kailie_ purchased the adjacent territory, founding the settlement of NewSpite. Recruiting from every corner of her personal life, she trained multiple players in this new settlement, including pigeonqueen98, tinadactyl, will0falltrades, and vfray, issuing kill-on-sight orders for all Exercitan, Ekateran, and Arimfean combatants. Exercitus's Hulko_15, Rastaor, and INBAR_dbz would move into kailie_'s base on Hrechiem Coast, and would remain her targets for the duration of their stay on Quod Canis. Increased numbers allowed the NewSpite crew to purchase two more adjacent territories encroaching closer to enemy lines: OldSpite and WestSpite.

On October 4th, 2018 at 7:05am, kailie_ scored her first [[PvP]] kill on INBAR_dbz. 35 minutes later, she killed Rastaor inside her Oblivion Kestrel with a [[Blaster Sniper]].

Recognizing kailie_'s significant contributions to the nation, [[Arulaun]], owner of Star Legacy and then-Sultan of Arimfea, said "/nadmin set capital Oblivion NewSpite. dewit."

[[ClownPierce]] trained kailie_ in Starfighter [[SvS]] to defend her new base, and as of January 2025, Starfighters remain her warships of choice. kailie_ spent the remainder of her time on Quod Canis ambushing local targets, supporting Oblivion fleets as a Starfighter pilot, or funding more attacks on her enemies. These skirmishes are considered by some to have encouraged the re-emergence of ClownPierce and Oblivion as a whole to contest Arimfea. 

Eventually, [[Exercitus]] stopped engaging on Quod Canis, but without her home to fight for or colonists to build with, kailie_ would frequently fall into inactivity. In this time, kailie_ dedicated more time designing power machines, storage systems, and starships than to developing her territories on [[Survival]]; this division of time was compounded by her stubborn insistence to build her own factories with no help, which hampered her progress. 

==== Moderation ====
kailie_'s quick affinity for pipes, wires, and community support made her a candidate for the [[Star Legacy]] moderation team, and she was admitted to service on November 5th, 2018. Suffering from burnout, she went inactive between January 3rd and July 22nd, 2019. During this time, the last Quod Canis territory purged from the NewSpite crew's control.

==== Vega Wartime ====
Following [[Oblivion]]'s dissolution, kailie_ returned to activity on Star Legacy. By this time, most members of Oblivion had reconstituted into the nation of [[Vega (StarLegacy)|Vega Security]]; by July 23rd 2019, she had joined the nation. She would try and fail to maintain settlements on Arbusto and Remalie, naming them Sonayara and Marzanna, respectively. kailie_ is believed to have served in the [[Andromedan Republic-Vega War]]s, but available records are unclear.

Living out of an apartment in [[Vega]]'s [[Trade City]] of [[Jita (StarLegacy)|Jita]], she would continue to tinker in her shop and moderate until another period of burnout beginning on January 1st, 2021. On April 13th, 2021, her inactivity would have her dismissed from the moderation team, and she would never log onto [[Star Legacy]] again before its closure January 4th, 2022.<gallery>

=== Horizon's End   (July 10th, 2022 – Present) ===

With the launch of [[Horizon's End]] in April 2022, kailie_ returned to activity within the community, initially settling on [[Vask]]. On July 10th, 2022, she founded the settlement of [[PEGASVS (Settlement)|PEGASVS]] on Aecor Shore. While she had plenty of old allies in [[Vega]], she still hadn't built anything with players beyond the original NewSpite crew. 

[[PEGASVS]]' development suffered until it ultimately purged on September 5th, 2023. The territory was claimed by [[Necrozoa]] the same day, who would preserve the territory until kailie_'s return.

Complimenting the settlement, [[GutinGongoozler]] said,
 "Best road I've ever seen on here is at PEGASVS on Vask."

==== Radiance ====

On April 30th, 2024, kailie_ returned to Horizon's End. [[EloMilo]] invited her to [[Sparta]] on [[Aerach]] and, tired of losing her own settlements, kailie_ joined [[Sparta]] beneath the flag of [[Shadow]] and arranged for Aecor Shore to become a Shadow nation outpost. She quickly gained a seat of consul next to [[star_litty]], helping Shadow navigate the challenges posed by its nominal leader [[Ae0n]]'s inactivity and strong control over the nation's assets; this predicament ultimately led on July 3rd, 2024 to the [[Radiant Revolution]], with almost all active settlements in Shadow seceding and forming the nation of [[Radiance]]. 

[[Cicatrix]] became the capital of [[Radiance]], and over the next several days all [[Shadow]] assets would be transferred by the moderation team into Radiance control. kailie_ retained her seat as appointed by [[star_litty]] in the 1st Quartet of Radiance leadership, alongside [[Astrobolt]] and [[_omni]].

Upon its completion, [[_omni]] gave kailie_ the honor of naming the first Radiance  [[Battlecruiser]]; she called it the "RAC Bealtaine".

==== Ilios Alliance-Vask Authority War ====

kailie_ acted as a primary [[Radiance|Radiant]] combatant against [[Vask Authority]], and [[Starfighter]] coach to inexperienced Radaince pilots motivated by the conflict. Most of her engagements were [[Ilios Alliance-Vask Authority War#Siege of Cicatrix|reactive defenses]] against [[z4nityy]] on or around [[Aerach]] and [[Vask]]. These battles, when not brought to a stalemate by fleeing to the nearby [[Trade Outpost]] of [[Aerost]] (which was possible at the time due to the lack of [[Combat Tag]]), would often encourage [[FellOffBridge]] to support z4nityy in the Vask Authority [[Battlecruiser]] '''''ARMAGEDDON'''''.

In one incident, kailie_ made note of z4nityy's logoff coordinates outside of Aerach's gravity well, found a Vask Authority Starfighter there, and disassembled the unprotected ship with a [[Power Drill]], leaving only the unbroken computer and a sign. When z4nityy came online to bomb [[Cicatrix]], he mistakenly claimed to staff that the ship was locked and a glitch had been abused to gain entry, leading to him temporarily being given a restored Starfighter. Shortly thereafter, [[GutinGongoozler]] checked the disassembly area with {{code|/co i}}, realized the error, and deleted z4nityy's ship in the middle of a dogfight against [[Ilios Alliance]] pilot [[yodabird19]].
