Interdictor Ships

Interdictor Ships are a class of Starships made for fleet support. All Interdictor Ships have access to the Interdiction Well, a which creates an artificial Gravity Well around the ship. Additionally, Interdictor Ships have access to the same weapons as their Tech-1 counterparts—excluding the Interdictor Destroyer, which cannot fire Phasers. Interdictor Ships are not strong in individual SvS, though they have a strong place in allowing a fleet of less players to hold down a larger fleet. They are also useful to reduce the amount of time a fleet spends moving their disruptors to targets, which makes a fleet supported by an Interdictor Ship a formidable foe.
