Power furnaces smelt items at no fuel cost in exchange for power.
Power furnaces can be detected with the sign text [powerfurnace].
A power furnace inputs power via its note block.
A Prismarine Crystal must be placed in the bottom/fuel slot of the furnace for the power furnace to function. The item to smelt is placed in the top slot. Pipes can be used to automatically load the furnace with smeltable items.
Smelted items can be extracted by placing a crafting table on top of the furnace.
Changing the tier blocks (iron blocks in the image) increases power capacity and improves power-to-smelting efficiency. All tiers of power furnace smelt items at the same rate.
