The Arsenal Missile Launcher is a heavy weapon available on the Battlecruiser, Missile Frigate, and Missile Cruiser. It has massive explosive power, but its slow tracking makes it ineffective versus smaller targets. Arsenal Missiles follow standard heavy weapon Missile Tracking Mechanics.
