The Capital Command Burst Multiblocks are multiblocks used by the Logistics Cruiser to improve fleet member capabilities in movement speed or shield resistance. A single Logistics Crusier can only detect/fly with one of these at a time meaning you must choose what kind of boost you wish to bring before entering the engagement.
