The Josu Frigate, one of the most commonly-seen Zekeships

Reference to ships made by Eyrzeke, notable for their ubiquitous use amongst low level and Lonestar players, as well as many small nations. Unlike most other designs of their respective classes, Zekeships usually utilize only 0.8 bubble shields and ion thrusters, resulting in drastically lower material and print costs (sometimes upwards of 80%), but also slower acceleration and less optimal shield layouts than other ships. Notably, because of the way shielding mechanics work, Zekeships are generally built around their shielding, rather than their shielding being built to suit their hulls, occasionally leading to odd shapes, especially in the case of combat vessels.

Eyrzeke and lonestar ensures that there is always at least one active leader with rights to the Zekeships, and will sell both blueprints and manufactured models to most players. A summarized list of available Zekeships can be found here.
