Duckington, the settlement was a planned trade city by Jp_ToasT (North) & ExemptedZulu143 (South). Their mayor is Jp_ToasT, who also formerly ran the nation of Duckington before it's merging with Vikyria. Since the Merging of the Duckington, the settlement has turned to a focus of PVP instead of peace and mining. However, their leader Jp_ToasT, does not frequently pirate other players.

In addition to the real world inspiration for structures, the city as a whole will be heavily inspired by several real world cities, including Tokyo, Den Haag, Ōsaka, & Sakai.
