Arimfea, formally known as The Sultanate of Arimfiyya, is the oldest lasting nation in space-minecraft history. On Horizon's End, the nation was re-founded on the 27th of December, 2022. Arimfea in its infancy was a pirate oriented nation, which under the leadership of Vortexion transitioned into a large militant state. Arimfea is also particularly known for its long time rivalry with Vega, the re-incarnation of Oblivion/Echelon. Since defeating Vega in the Alliance of Regulus vs. Vega (AR-Vega) war over the summer of 2023, the nation has gone into dormancy, with former grand vizier Vortexion moving to Cortesia Del Mar and shipmaster Kiro231 leading the colonist nation of Ekatera. Today, most of Arimfea's members are found pursuing projects and passions of their own, generally indulging in passive shipbuilding and part time bounty hunting. Arimfea was also one of the founding members of the Horizon Federation.

History

Arimfea was formally founded by MicleBrick on the 25th of October, 2016 on Star Legacy, the space-minecraft successor to StarQuest and predecessor server to Horizon's End. However, early conceptions of the Arabian/Levant inspired pirate nation were materializing as early as 2014 on StarQuest, within the factions of RedChaos and SkyDogs (both situated on the long forgotten, pirate-infested, jungle planet of Bosquevine).
