BlobfoxLineBuildingLtd is an under construction minor settlement in Cortesia Del Mar. Not much information about it or construction plans is publicly available.
The settlement was originally intended to be located in "Orlandia Crater South", however the claim was unavailable and Radiance (who owned the claim) declined to abandon it as it was being held for another player. The settlement ended up being in the claim to the East, "Crimson Crater" which was selected for it's large available and mostly flat space, and almost perfect position within the Planet's Entry Circle.
Astralchroma has alluded to intent to build a large underground complex largely inspired by the Black Mesa Research Facility featured in Half Life 1 and Black Mesa.
