The AI Update/Overhaul adds new Mini Locuses in Civilized Space Systems. These will act as normal locuses in wildspace but spawn less ships and last for less time. Current New Mini-Locuses include
Horizon Transit Line Congregation - Nimble, Minhaul, Exotrans, Wayfinders, Strikers
Privateer Bootcamp/Privateer Inspection - Pioneer?, All Privateer AIs under 2k (unconfirmed)
Pirate Disturbance - Most If Not all pirate AIs (unconfirmed)
