Iconia is the capital of Imperium and a settlement located on Omri Island, Lioda, in the Sirius System. It is led by its founder, Archillelas.
Iconia was founded on 14 May 2024 under the original name Zenithar. The settlement later adopted the name Iconia as its civic identity developed within Radiance. On 18 October 2026, Iconia departed Radiance through a planned separation known as the Radiant Divorce, leading to the founding of Imperium.
History
Founding
Iconia was founded by Archillelas, a settler from New BakerStreet. After leaving New BakerStreet, Archillelas set out in search of a new frontier and eventually discovered Omri Island on Lioda. The island became the site of a new settlement, originally established as Zenithar.
The Radiant Revolution — 3 July 2024
During its early development, Zenithar was part of the nation of Shadow. The Radiant Revolution on 3 July 2024 marked the transition from Shadow to Radiance, with every active settlement of Shadow joining the newly formed nation.
Zenithar joined Radiance during this transition, beginning the national chapter in which it would later become known as Iconia. The Radiant Revolution was the first of two defining political transitions in the settlement's history, followed by the Radiant Divorce in 2026.
Renaming to Iconia
Zenithar was later renamed Iconia to mark the settlement's shift from its founding period into a more distinct civic identity. The new name reflected its growth and organization during its time within Radiance, establishing the identity it would carry into Imperium.
The Radiant Divorce — 18 October 2026
The Radiant Divorce marked Iconia's departure from Radiance and the founding of Imperium on 18 October 2026.
The separation arose from differences between Iconia's views and values and those of Radiance. Seeking a national direction that reflected its own community, Iconia planned its departure and discussed it with Radiance officials in advance. This planned and discussed separation became known as the “Radiant Divorce.”
The event concluded Iconia's membership in Radiance and began its chapter as the capital of Imperium. Together, the Radiant Revolution and the Radiant Divorce mark the settlement's entry into Radiance and its later departure to establish a new nation.

Iconia is the capital of Imperium, whose current member settlements are Iconia and Entopia. The nation shares Iconia's motto, “Forging Unity Across the Stars.”
Geography
Iconia is located on Omri Island on Lioda, the third planet of the Sirius System. Lioda is known for its steep mountains, verdant plains, oceans, marine life, and gem-rich chalky cliffs.
Culture
Iconia's primary civic culture is English-speaking. Turkish is also present as a secondary cultural element within the settlement, reflecting part of Iconia's community identity.
Iconia's demonym is Iconian, and its motto is “Forging Unity Across the Stars.” This motto is also used by Imperium, connecting the settlement's civic identity with that of its nation.
Symbolism
