The North Star Republic was a settlement located on Lioda (5500, 5700) in the Tamir Isles. It was founded on December 1st 2023 by EchoOcelot and was deleted on April 7th 2024. It was a shortlived settlement that introduced a handful of players to Horizon's End. All of its members joined texas after its deletion, end later co-founded Starfall.
History
The settlement was founded by members of geopolitical servers, including EchoOcelot, Crandolf and Carrot_Cake2002. Other players such as Cubz__ and Joigrama joined the server, but not the settlement. Tamir Isles on Lioda was chosen for it idyllic terrain.
Legacy
After the settlement's deletion, its three members joined texas upon invitation of eyrzeke. They were given a transport by him which was later used to explore Qatra in August of 2024. They all joined Starfall (then called Flaming_Hill) once it was founded.
A poll was released on September 2nd to the citizens of Flaming_Hill for deciding a name change. North Star Republic was one of the names considered but did not make it to the poll.
