Activity logging

Activity Logging is the process of logging on solely to reset the timer for activity. This is typically done to either maintain Trade City active status or maintain hold on certain claims with settlements/nations. While a widely frowned upon activity little has been done to prevent it as many solutions on both the trade city end and on the claim end struggle to gain traction.
