Heliopolis is a settlement located on Lioda (2800, 5100). It was founded by Bagelz_ on November 25th 2024, though the plans for its founding were made in early September of that year. It has been a member of Radiance since its founding. It was handed over to EchoOcelot on January 9th 2025.

The Paricia Isles on Lioda have previously been claimed by several settlements:
- Morium, led by GoCrafterGo, founded on August 24th 2022
- SanFrancisco, led by PrioriTea, founded on April 6th 2023
- IHOP, led by Noix444, founded on August 21st 2023
- Atlas, led by henry979, founded on October 3rd 2024
The territory has also been a nation claim for Imperial Nova and Arimfea. Ruins from previous settlements can still be seen on the western coastline. Bagelz_ was a member of Starfall prior to founding Heliopolis. During that time, he acquired several "zekeships" from texas. Those ships are still in use to this day.
Politics[edit | edit source]
Heliopolis has been involved in some small skirmiches, but no major wars. EchoOcelot is the leader of the settlement.
Economy[edit | edit source]
And Elk M5-class "zekeship" medium freighter is the backbone of Heliopolis' resources gathering. It shares a heavy freighter with Starfall for crating. Heliopolis had a moderately-sized solar panel setup for charging is mining ship.
