The Neutralizer is a Heavy Weapon available on all Assault Ships. It is designed as a counter to Logistics Ships, acting as a way of reducing the Shield Regen of non-Supercapital opponents by 40%. Additionally, it slows tech-1 ships smaller than 2,500 blocks by 15%. Both effects last 20 seconds. It has decent damage and range. This weapon follows standard Missile Tracking Mechanics for heavy weapons.
The Neutralizer uses Loaded Entropic Charge for ammo.
