Starter Ships
Starter ships are the different ships you can buy from the Server Ship Dealer, and they each offer slightly different expierences at different costs and ease of use.
Vesta (Cargo Shuttle) (200C)
The Vesta is a cargo shuttle, the cheapest available ship at the server ship dealer. It is the recommended starter ship for it's increased versatility in making money (Cargo Crates, and Commissions) at a low cost. Additionally, unlike the Vulture, the Vesta has a elevator (also commonly called a tractorbeam due to old namings) making it easier to re-enter if you fall off your ship in a planet. The ship has 2 double chests, 1 furnace, 6 sticky pistons for crates, Tier 1 Item Charger, Tier 1 Generator, Tier 1 Hyperdrive, Basic Navigation Computer
Vulture (Starfighter) (500C)
The Vulture is a starfighter, and while it is the best armed ship at the server ship dealer, it is generally not the first ship most new players should fly. While being faster and better armed than the Vesta or other starter ships, this ship is still less ready for starship combat than most cheap player-made starfighters, and starship combat is typically something that is recommended for level 10+ when you can fly Gunships, which are more forgiving. On top of that, it is significantly easier to get locked out of a Vulture than a Vesta, with no elevator/tractorbeam multiblock. It has a Tier 1 Hyperdrive and a Basic Navigation Computer.
Ozark (Mining Shuttle) (1000C)
The Ozark is a 993 block mining shuttle is a mining shuttle equipped with a tier 1 Mining Laser, 5 double chests connected to the Mining Laser, a separate dropper and double chest for additional storage, a Incinerator, a furnace, Tier 1 Hyperdrive and Basic Navigation Computer.
Amph (Cargo Transport Unlocked at Level 10) (6000C)
The Amph is a 1943 block Cargo Transport unlocked at Level 10. The ship has 4 barrels, 11 double chests, 2 furnaces, Tier 1 Item Charger, Tier 1 Generator, Tier 1 Hyperdrive, Basic Navigation Computer, and 24 sticky pistons for crates.
