The Mining Guild is a AI faction which supposedly only attacks when provoked, though their definition of "provoked" includes existing in the same general area as them. They are almost always escorted by Privateers.
Events
Deepspace Mining Convoy
This event only happens once every few days. A singular Angle barge spawns alongside multiple privateers and smaller mining guild vessels. The fleet spawns in either Horizon or Trench.
AI Ships
Type I-41
Typically spawns in the civilized systems with a Dagger spawning alongside them. They are armed with 2 laser cannons and a torpedo.
Type V-11
One of the more common mining Shuttles, always spawns with a Dagger alongside them. They are equipped with a T2 hyperdrive and a singular laser cannon.
Type A-21B
A medium-sized Shuttle with a mining laser and a laser cannon. Always spawns a Dagger alongside them. They also have ores inside of them and an basic navigation computer.
Woodpecker
A small Shuttle for scouting. Armed with two torpedo launchers. Summons a Dagger when fired upon.
Beaver
Large Transport with Heavy Lasers, Plasma cannons and Light Turrets/ATs. Equipped with a mining laser. Calls a Dagger as reinforcement if fired upon.
Badger
A larger version of the beaver, Equipped with 2 mining lasers on the top and 1 on the bottom. Completely unarmed but if its attacked a Bulwark will reinforce it.
Ostrich
A Light Freighter armed with heavy lasers and ATs. It also has light turrets and plasma cannons, though LTs are no longer functional. It has a T3 Hyperdrive and Advanced Navigation Computer. Reinforced by a Bulwark.
Grouper
A Medium Freighter armed with heavy turrets, Heavy Lasers, and Light turrets. Equipped with 4 tier 3 mining lasers. It also has extensive power and item storage along with item sorting. Reinforced by a Bulwark.
Dunkleosteus
A Heavy Freighter with extensive mining capability and power/item storage. It has automatic item sorting and is armed with Heavy Turrets and Tri Turrets. Summons a Bulwark and a Contractor as reinforcements.
Angle
A Barge with 10 mining lasers, Heavy Turrets, and Tri Turrets. Only spawns as part of the Deepspace Mining Convoy, where it is guarded by several privateer ships including a Resolute.
