The Perseus Explorers/Horizon Transit are a docile AI Faction, no ships of this faction can use weapons.
It is also important to note that they can call privateers in their system.

MinHaul
A tiny shuttle built for hauling materials, comes in 3 variants.
Nimble
A small Civilian shuttle with two shields and two plasma cannons, yet it doesn't use its plasma cannons.
Striker
A slightly bigger Civilian shuttle with two plasma cannons and a 2.0 shield. Yet it doesn't use its weapons, it also has some living space.
Wayfinder
A large transport with some storage and living spaces, Armed with plasma cannons yet it doesn't use them and two shields.
Exotran
A large transport that, similarly to the Minhaul, contains various ores depending on which variant it is.
Amph
A large transport with a lot of storage. You can get a pilotable version at any Ship Dealer.
Dessle Ore Transport
A Large Light Freighter built for hauling materials like Stone and Orange Terracotta. Armed with light turrets and pulse cannons though neither work along with multiple shields.
