Power Engineering & Generous Assistance for Ships Visitors & Settlements, Inc. is a fictional corporation under Co-Direction of siblings kailie_ and Zannicus, and mostly synonymous with their projects on Horizon's End; as they have worked with different nations through the years, they have remained under the banner of PEGASVS. PEGASVS delivers machine payloads of mass power storage, rapid deployment bases, and other engineering solutions to settlements upon request. PEGASVS' mission is to increase new Horizon's End player retention by lessening the hurdles new settlements must surmount to get started.

Levi is host to a plethora of build plots, most of which aesthetic, like pixelart advertising, or intended for residential use with /stationzone. The Leviathan Freightyard
Build Philosophy
Levi is heavily inspired by the cyberpunk genre and a number of scifi series, including Dead Space, Halo, Universal Century Gundam, and Metroid. Unconstrained by territory size, landmasses, or gravity, Levi is being designed with verticality in mind. Three districts stacked atop each other are planned, each connected by on and off ramps and the enormous Highway Nexus near the docks of the city. These districts are the industrial "slums", beneath the city, the business "midway" where most activity takes place, and the luxurious tourist trap "glam" district high above it all. Builds constructed here flaunt neon lights, exposed machinery, and gritty brutalism, embracing the abyss of space as a backdrop for glistening builds towering around the player on all sides.
