The Neutralizer is a Heavy Weapon available on both Assault Gunships and Assault Corvettes. It is designed as a counter to Logistics Ships, acting as a way of significantly slowing Shield Regen, lowering the amount by a strength of 0.7(presumably cutting 70%). It has decent damage and range.

The Neutralizer uses Entropic Charges for ammo.
