kailie_, previously Kay_2905, is an advisor among the leaders of Radiance, the spearhead of the PEGASVS project, and an engineer who does an awful lot of lurking in her space plot.

As a Throne, kailie_ upholds one of four pillars of Radiant leadership in the 1st Quartet. She is most frequently responsible for the facilitation and moderation of discussions, to unionize the voices of Radiance with forethought and compromise. Due to the patient nature of her work and her fierce defense of her people, she is widely regarded as a matronly presence among the nation's community. Embracing the allegations, she gave herself the /nick ~mami.

kailie_ is a source of domestic and military engineering, instruction, and maintenance to Radiant power and conveyor systems. She is also a Radiant Starfighter SvS coach.

Founded on Vask's Aecor Shore July 10th, 2022, Power Engineering & Generous Assistance for Ships Visitors & Settlements, Inc. certainly is a mouthful. Under Co-Direction of siblings kailie_ and Zannicus, PEGASVS brings machine payloads of mass power storage, rapid deployment bases, and simple engineering solutions to new players of Horizon's End. If you only use the power and return the physical payload, material costs are refunded.
PEGASVSLeviathan Station
Located in Regulus at x50000, y15000, the PEGASVSLeviathan Station is ~3000 meters west of the Ilios gate, and has easy access to the Trench. It has a straight path to Sirius and Asteri. Its centralized location on the intergalactic map is both a combat and colonist asset to Radiance, easily within reach of any conflict or mining vessel in need of emptying.
Levi is tasked with instant Starfighter deployment, mass item storage and retrieval, and hosting the Radiant supercapital fleet.
The Levi station is home to kailie_, Zannicus, and SunflowerSaturn, and is a long-term megabuild that began development May 19th, 2024.
History
Star Legacy (Sep. 28th, 2018 - Apr. 13th, 2021)
Before the days of Horizon's End, kailie_ joined Star Legacy September 28th, 2018, and is one of three refugees to be accepted into Oblivion with no prior SvS experience. Her early days were rife with pirate skirmishes on the surface of Quod Canis, battling Arimfea, Ekatera, and Exercitus for claim to the planet's land. kailie_ was taught Starfighter SvS to defend her base, and Starfighters remain her warship of choice as of 1/28/2025. These skirmishes are attributed to the reemergence of BlockBuster019 and Oblivion as a whole.
Suffering from a lack of direction, once these skirmishes concluded she spent more time designing power machines, storage systems, and starships than actually developing her territories. A stubborn insistence to build her own factories with no help also hampered her progress.
Her quick affinity for pipes, wires, and community support made her a candidate for the Star Legacy moderation team, and she was deployed into service November 5th, 2018. Suffering from burnout, she went inactive between January 3rd and July 22nd, 2019. Quick to rejoin what remained of Oblivion's dissolution, by July 23rd she was among the ranks of Vega Security.
Living out of an apartment in Vega's Trade City at the time, Jita, she would continue to tinker in her shop and moderate until another period of inactivity January 1st, 2021. April 13th, 2021, her inactivity would have her dismissed from the moderation team, and she would never log onto Star Legacy again before its closure January 4th, 2022.
Horizon's End (July 10th, 2022 – Present)

7.10.22 Pegasus is founded in Aecor Shore on Vask.
7.24.22 Pegasus joins the nation GutinWarCult.
12.9.22 Pegasus is amended to the acronym PEGASVS: Power, Engineering, & Generous Assistance for Ships, Visitors, and Settlements.
PEGASVS leaves GutinWarCult and becomes its own nation. The settlement PEGASVS is amended to BellHarbor.
9.5.23 BellHarbor purges, and is saveclaimed by Gutin under GutinWarCult as a nation claim.
1.1.24 GutinWarCult amends their name to Necrozoa.
4.30.24 With Kay and Zannicus' blessing, AssassinXX of Necrozoa unclaims Aecor Shore. AdelieXY claims Aecor Shore for AschonianRepublic.
Zannicus begins his tenure under Aschonia_VTF, continuing direction of Aecor Shore. Kay begins her tenure operating with Elomilo in Sparta on Aerach, under the nation Shadow, and gains a seat of consul next to star_litty in managing the citizens.
5.18.24 Spartan Gunship 8 is gifted to Kay_2905 by EloMilo for her to run commissions. Wrapped in gunmetal gray and cherrytown pink, Gripper1 is completed.
5.19.24 The personal space station PEGASVS is established in Regulus, at x50000, y15000.
6.2.24 AdelieXY goes on hiatus. AdelieXY of Aschonia_VTF transfers Aecor Shore to Zannicus of Shadow's control, as a nation claim.
7.2.24 cherrytown of Shadow amends their name to Cicatrix.
7.3.24 Cicatrix secedes from Shadow, and creates Radiance in its place with Cicatrix as its capital. Radiance receives Aecor Shore, and Zannicus joins Radiance to continue business in the claim. The Radiant Revolution has begun, and Kay joins Cicatrix while operating out of the PEGASVS space station. She retains her role of advisor in Cicatrix leadership, next to Astrobolt, _omni, and star_litty.
1.15.25 The PEGASVS space station is amended as PEGASVSLeviathan, intended to cement our presence in the galaxy forever.
1.27.25 Kay_2905 amends her name to kailie_.
