The Cerberus Trade Federation, known by the abbreviation CTF in-game, is a nation based on neutrality and colony building, led by Kingsheep3.

The CTF formed after the United Federation of Planets went inactive, along with Kingsheep3 leaving the UFOP. There isn’t much more info

Cerberus reformation as CTF

During June of 2026, the UFOP became relatively inactive again. This caused New Sacramento, at the time named EVIL000, to rename to Good111 and leave the UFOP, forming the CTF. The CTF is very similar to its predecessor, the Cerberus Federation, except the CTF seeks neutrality, staying away from conflicts in the Vega bloc or other major alliances.

Outer Wilds Expanse - (Zhuk115) a small Settlement on Lioda with nothing visible from Dynmap.

EnderGliblurt - (Tonizzblobvert) small Settlement on Turms with seemingly nothing from Dynmap.
