Creative

From Horizon's End Wiki

The Creative server gives players a place to freely build starships, space stations, and other builds, and fight other players in mock PvP or SvS battles. Creative builds can be saved as blueprints and printed for use in survival. The creative server can be accessed using /server creative .

Creative Plots[edit | edit source]

All players can claim, build, and use WorldEdit in a single 256x256 Basic Plot.
/plot claim : claims the plot you are standing in, if it is unowned.
/plot auto : claims an unowned plot.
An additional 256x256 Basic Plot may be claimed by donating at least $5 to the server's Patreon. Players that donate at least $15 to the server's Patreon may claim one 1024x1024 Space Plot. A Patreon membership does not need to be maintained to retain access to additional plots once they have been claimed. Basic and Space Plots can be viewed on the Creative dynmap.

Other Plots[edit | edit source]

The Build world is a large superflat world containing official builds used on the server and can be only be accessed by server staff and contributors to server builds.
The SL Spaceplots world contains the the Star Legacy Spaceplot world. If you have builds here that you would like transferred to an owned plot, please make a support ticket on the Horizon's End Discord server. The SL Spaceplots can be accessed using /warp sl_space_plots .
The Old Creative Plots world contains old player-owned Basic Plots from before the official launch of the Survival server. Placing blocks by hand is disabled, though old builds may be transferred out using WorldEdit or blueprints. This world is only accessible using /plot home by players that own a plot in this world, or by teleport request.

Space Arena[edit | edit source]

In the Space Arenas, players can test their ships in Ship vs. Ship (SvS) combat against other players and AI starships.
Space Arena 1 is an empty space world that can be accessed by /warp space_arena .
Space Arena 2 is a space world that contains asteroids, which can be used for testing freighters equipped with Mining Lasers. It can be accessed by /warp space_arena_2 .
Exploded blocks do not regenerate in the Space Arenas, and the worlds are reset to an empty state intermittently, making these worlds unsafe for building.
AI controlled ship opponents can be spawned in the Space Arenas using /aiopponent summon [name] . A player may only summon one AI opponent at a time.
AI controlled ship opponents can be despawned using /aiopponent despawn . Some AI ships spawn reinforcements that cannot be despawned; these ships must be destroyed.

Land Arena[edit | edit source]

In the Land Arena, players can participate in unstructured 1 vs. all PvP combat. Land Arena can be accessed by /warp land_arena .
To ensure a fair playing field, Land Arena combat is subject to the following rules:
