The Tau Ceti Cleaning Company (TC3) is a micronation based primarily on Herdoli. It specializes in scavenging and industrial development.

Ships used by the nation primarily consist of either copper or brown terracotta components, and are oriented vertically rather than following conventional ship norms.

Settlements

Cetus

The capital of TC3, located in the northeast quadrant of Herdoli in the Mayo Crater. It currently consists of three tiers centered in the crater, housing industrial residential, and administrative buildings. An underground network connects buildings to power, and buildings are commonly built from brown concrete and stone bricks with exposed copper accents. It currently houses the majority of TC3's employees, and members are allowed to claim plots to build their own homes.

Providence

Established by TwinkyTwonky on Isik's most jagged volcano, Tarsus Volcano, Providence functions as a military base and resource collection station. It currently lacks infrastructure, though all things change with time...

Settlement 2764

Settlement 2764 is managed by Steward MasterDragon013 in Aerach's northeast corner. It contains their construction projects, which currently feature a medieval aesthetic.

Internal Structure

TC3 is led by its two Grand Regents, both currently located in Cetus. Under them are their Custodians, selected for their in-game skill or their communication and leadership abilities. Currently, there are four Custodians. These selected officers handle tasks handed down to them by Grand Regents, and are able to actively manage projects and diplomacy.

Settlements other than Cetus are each led by a Steward. Stewards are able to maintain and undertake projects as they see fit, and report to upper management.

Janitors are the rank-and-file employees of TC3, but are no less respected. Members receive support, funding, resources, access to infrastructure, and more as part of their compensation.

Members are split between the five following departments as dictated by their skill and interests:

Department of Welfare- Manages both the well being of TC3 employees and matters of diplomacy between nations.
Department of Architecture- Designs and builds TC3's ships, buildings, and settlements.
Department of Capital Assurance- Manages and secures military interests of TC3, in addition to testing combat ship builds.
Department of Managed Capital- Undertakes mining, salvaging, and production operations for TC3.
Department of General Labor- Completes tasks as assigned, a catch-all category for new members until they gain experience.

Politics

While interested in pursuing any and all business opportunities as they arise, TC3 typically shies away from interacting with Major nations outside brief visits and business discussion. Instead, TC3 focuses on internal development, remaining largely quiet on even conflicts concerning their allies (such as the Vega-Fortuna War). TC3's support typically remains behind the scenes, rather than in military shows of force.

Currently, TC3 is officially allied with Fortuna Sequence and Esperia, though has not yet publicly closed the door on collaboration with any nation.
