History of Each Ship Class

This Page will cover random player written history of events involving each ship class. Obviously take everything with a grain of salt.

Tech 1 Combat

Starfighter

The minimum size for starfighters used to be 250 blocks. This can be seen on the Mianbaozha and Swarmer ships for the Chifanren and Tsaii respectively.

Cruiser

• Vask Authority was the first nation to ever acquire a cruiser.

• Vask Authority deployed a cruiser in the famed Battle of Asteri, where it played a role in breaking the Ilios Alliance’s hold on a Vask Authority siege station containing a disabled Vask Authority battlecruiser.

Battlecruiser

• Vega was the first nation to ever acquire a battlecruiser, Vask Authority was the second, and Imperial Nova was the third.

• Vega deployed a battlecruiser in the famed Battle of Asteri, where it played a role in breaking the Ilios Alliance’s hold on a Vask Authority station containing another battlecruiser.

• Vask Authority's ARMAGEDDON was captured in PvP combat by _omni.

• Vask Authority's CATACLYSM is the first Battlecruiser to have been sunk in combat, by the Ilios Alliance.

• Lonestar temporarily possessed one Repentance-class battlecruiser, which it acquired when its owner Sovrah joined the nation. Its core was later moved into a hull of Lonestar design.

• Imperial Nova's Battlecruiser NIF Repentance was the second battlecruiser to be sunk in combat, during the Battle of Skull Crusher's Barge.

• During The Battle of Presidia Alenarith, Imperial Nova's NIF Absolution; and shortly after, Cortesia Del Mar's CDMN Rainier were the 3rd and 4th Battlecruisers to destroyed respectively. Vask Authority's CALAMITY as well as Cortesia Del Mar's CDMN Windswept, CDMN Centradia, and CDMN Aldenfult all participated in the battle as well.

Tech 1 Civilian

Barge

Despite being a civilian mining ship class, Barges have been used in offensive capacity on some occasions. One instance includes the Battle of Presidia Alenarith the CDMN Westeria was used to mine an asteroid in which Gabrielhulk10 and TheGamingBananaV were hiding.

Tech 2 Combat

Assault Destroyer

The Assault Destroyer was the first tech-2 Capital ship to sink, credited to lonestar in a fight against WitherV of Oblivion in defense of a siege against Partisan Front's Regional Objectives by lonestar and Fortuna Sequence in Sunder, July of 2026, WitherV's Assault Destroyer was sunk by a fleet of 2x Assault Gunships, 2x Stasis Corvettes, a Destroyer, and a Scrambler, in an attack lead by Artfulwarrior13.

Logistics Cruiser

The first serious deployment of a Logistics Cruiser was in the Battle of OQ-04.

Missile Cruiser

The first ship to sink to a Missile Cruiser was a Vesta piloted by CZ10_XP, who sunk to XiJinping's Missile Cruiser ("VS RAISETSU") after being trailed by two Stasis Corvettes for five minutes, with the end goal of kiting the Shuttle into a Thermonuclear Missile. This did not succeed, so the sink was executed with the Cruiser's significantly faster RHMs.

The first serious deployment of a Missile Cruiser was in the Battle of OQ-04.

Lancer

The very first Lancer sink was executed by WitherV of Vega in a debatably close fight against a singular Ozark piloted by BuildIt365 on August 13, 2026_, using the Doomsday Device.
