The Assault Corvette is a Tech 2 variant of the Corvette, designed in part to counter its cousin, the Logistics Corvette. This ship, being an Assault-Class Ship, has Gauss Cannons for punching up, and the Neutralizer, which weakens enemy regeneration. This allows it to pick off Logistics Ships, or to counter DPS-heavy ships that rely on kiting and regeneration to survive fights, such as BLOPs or Stasis Corvettes.
