The Halastian Imperium was a small nation based on Aret. Its leader was Modoror.

The Halastian Imperium was working on the project of transforming the Ilia Saltlake on Aret into a water sea. This project has since been abandoned. Modoror claims that the project will be continued by the former capital,Halastopolis, which is now part of Radiance.

Halastopolis was the capital and only settlement of the Halastian Imperium. It has some production devices like a auto-cooking cow farm, a concrete processing facility, a gas power plant, and some solar panels. Halastopolis’s only roofed building is a villa gifted by _Longy as a courtesy of Imperial Nova.
