The Interdictor Destroyer is a Tech 2 variant of the Destroyer, a Starship specializing in area control with access to a powerful Interdiction Well and a well strength of 3. With this well, you can hold down any Starship, excluding the Lancer and Industrial Command Ship, within a 2,000 block radius. Like other Interdictor-Class ships, this ship uses Tech 1 weapons, with the likes of the Heavy Turret, Torpedo, and Tri Turret. It is, however, unable to use Phasers. On top of that, it can use both the Jump Field Generator and Jump Beacon Multiblocks, giving it great general utility.
