Civia formed after the Exodian Republic disbanded being a successor to the Exodian republic in a way.
History
The nation of Civia, due to it not existing for a long period of time.
War With Cereberus
during a skirmish outside a now disbanded Station, Wiitedo joined the first APC alliance shortly after, but was ended after about 15-30 minutes. Equiila an ally of Cereberus in their Battlecruiser sunk Wiitedo's Corvette, after they got in the way, Civia would declare war on Avalon, Cereberus would then declare war on Civia. Not really much happened afterwards however.
