Tackle Gunships are a subclass of Gunships which is basically a large Starfighter with a Starship Gravity Well.
Tackle Gunships are countered by Interceptors, Light Gunships, and Gunships, and are evenly matched by Starfighters. Tackle Gunships are an indirect counter to Frigates, Destroyers, Cruisers, and Battlecruisers.
History
They were largely popularized by their use by Yodabird19. However, they saw use before then such as Imperial Nova's Anaconda.
