History

Formation

The nation was founded by BlockBuster019 on 3 May 2025, with the original name of Serpentis. The capital of Serpentis was SerpentisHQ, on Vask, founded the same day. Later that day, DivineArtisan joined the nation.

On 4 May 2025, Kyorg, KillerMidget, and Sky_Horizon joined the settlement. The nation and settlement were renamed Oblivion and OblivionHQ, respectively.

Conflict

Oblivion established itself as an independent pirate nation, launching attacks on several colonists. Oblivion also served alongside Vega during the Vega-Nova War.

13 March Oblivion-CDM Trench Incident

Dormancy

On March 15, after the Laser Cannon Incident, Sky_Horizon logged off for the final time.

On March 18 2025, BlockBuster019 sieged the station AsteriFuelDepot, belonging to Cortesia Del Mar. Later that hour, Yodabird19 of CDM resieged the station using a Battlecruiser. BlockBuster019 attempted to counter the resiege using a gunship, but was sunk. After this battle, Oblivion entered a period of dormancy lasting until the present day.
